The finest Atlantic salmon is smoked on site using the chef’s own unique recipe and technique. It is available on our daily menu or for take-away. Please call in advance for larger orders.
Gravad Lax
This Swedish delicacy is cured and prepared using the chef’s recipe of fresh herbs and spices. It is served with pumpernickle bread and house mustard and dill sauce, and also available for take-away. Please call in advance for larger orders.
Soupe du Jour
A fresh vegetable puree is prepared each day and offered as a choice accompaniment to luncheon specialties or on its own. The chef’s creations have included: curried parsnip, bacon garlic and tomato, curried carrot with sweet mango chutney, and Indian spiced zucchini coconut.
