This Swedish delicacy is cured and
prepared using the chef’s recipe of fresh herbs and
spices. It is served with pumpernickle bread and house mustard
and dill sauce, and also available for take-away. Please call

A fresh vegetable puree is prepared
each day and offered as a choice accompaniment to luncheon
specialties or on its own. The chef’s creations have
included: curried parsnip, bacon garlic and tomato, curried
carrot with sweet mango chutney, and Indian spiced zucchini
coconut.
