Soupe du Jour
A fresh vegetable puree is prepared each day and offered as a choice accompaniment to luncheon specialties or on its own. The chef’s creations have included: curried parsnip, bacon garlic and tomato, curried carrot with sweet mango chutney, and Indian spiced zucchini coconut.
